Barbara La Franca (Assoc CIPD) serves as the Health Safety Security and Wellbeing (HSSW) Training Lead and Learning and Development Team Lead at Southern Water since October 2019, overseeing a team that delivers high-quality training across the organization. Previously, Barbara held various roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Order to Cash (OTC) Process Development Support Specialist, where leadership in capability and continuous improvement projects was key, and KCP Senior Order Compliance for the Italian and Iberian markets, focusing on customer satisfaction and team development. Barbara's educational background includes CIPD Level 7 qualifications in Strategic Learning and Development and Human Resource Development, alongside a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management Strategies and Techniques and a Master’s Degree in Foreign Literatures and Languages from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
