MacIej Pawlisz

Maciej Pawlisz is an experienced professional in the water and environmental engineering sector, currently serving as the Asset Systems, Risk & Resilience Manager at Southern Water since November 2016, with previous roles including Risk and Resilience Manager, Principal Process Scientist, and Process Audit Manager. Prior to rejoining Southern Water in 2010, Maciej worked at Thames Water from September 2014 to November 2016 as a Process Scientist and Process Coordinator, focusing on water treatment optimization and regulatory risk management. Earlier experience includes serving as a DWSP Area Scientist and Process Scientist at Southern Water and as an Environmental Scientist/Engineer at QDS Environmental Ltd. Maciej holds an MSc in Water and Environmental Engineering from the University of Surrey and a BEng in Environmental Protection from the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz.
