Tom Leach is an experienced commercial management professional currently serving as the Head of Commercial Management at Southern Water since August 2016, leading a team of over 15 quantity surveyors and auditors. Tom has successfully overseen the management and delivery of approximately £1 billion in works, including 16 concurrent framework agreements and major projects using various contract forms, such as NEC and IChemE. In addition to practical experience, Tom contributes to academia as a part-time lecturer at the College of Contract Management United Kingdom, specializing in contract forms. Academically, Tom holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Adjudication, a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying, and a Bachelor of Science in Politics.
