Kieran Hayes

Kieran Hayes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Southern Cross Austereo since May 2023. Previously, Kieran held the role of People and Culture Manager at ACM, where responsibilities included partnering with executive and senior leadership on significant change initiatives within one of Australia's largest media companies. Prior to that, Kieran was a People and Culture Business Partner at Employsure, overseeing a team of 14 HR practitioners across various functions in Australia and New Zealand. Kieran's early career included roles in HR and business development at ITC Learning Australasia. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
