Thomas Hoogstoel

Thomas Hoogstoel is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as an Associate at Southfield Capital since December 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Private Equity Associate at Triton Pacific Capital Partners, LLC, where the focus was on healthcare services. Prior to that, Thomas was an Investment Associate at Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, targeting lower to middle market opportunities. Thomas also managed a $24 billion alternative investment portfolio at Citi and was involved in risk management for an $800 billion banking book credit portfolio. Early career experiences include internships at CareFusion and Pan-American Life Insurance Group. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree in Global Finance from Fordham University, a Master’s Degree in Finance from Antwerp Management School, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from James Madison University, graduating with distinction in graduate studies.
