Caitlin MacDougall

Caitlin MacDougall is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Change Manager at Southlake Regional Health Centre since December 2023, Caitlin has held the role of Talent Management Specialist at York Region since March 2019. Previous positions include Change Management Manager at TD, Change Management Consultant at Canadian Tire, and Human Resource Specialist at Central East Community Care Access Centre. Caitlin's expertise encompasses recruitment and selection, career consulting, union negotiations, collective agreement interpretation, as well as data analysis and presentation. Academic qualifications include certifications in Prosci Change Management and Human Resource Management, alongside a double major Honours Degree in History and Cultural Studies from Trent University.
