Caitlin Simmons

Caitlin Simmons, PMP, is an accomplished project manager currently serving in the Office of Strategy Management at Southlake Regional Health Centre since October 2021, following a role as Senior Project Analyst within the Southlake Community Ontario Health Team. Prior experience includes significant positions at Ontario Hospital Association, where Caitlin was Sponsorship Lead and Program Manager for HealthAchieve and Corporate Partnerships, and at CIBC as a Business System Analyst focusing on application systems and project collaboration. Earlier roles involved coordination and education at Merrithew™ and the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County, enhancing community awareness and education on dementia. Caitlin holds a Master of Arts in Health & Aging from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology from Nipissing University.
