Tamara Nehls

Tamara Nehls is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade at General Mills. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on Strategy & Growth, Tamara leads diversity and inclusion initiatives while supporting Brand Experience and Consumer & Market Insights functions. Previous roles include Global Supply Chain Change Management & Organization Pillar Leader, where leadership in change management and organizational design was provided, and Human Resources Manager for both manufacturing and the Latin America and Caribbean Distributor Markets, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational culture.
