Dave Lusk

Dave Lusk currently serves as the Student Operations Pastor at Southland Christian Church, overseeing operations and best practices across five locations since October 2023. As the Founder and Lead Coach of Strategic Ministry Coaching and Consulting since January 2022, Dave assists individuals and churches in achieving personal goals and implementing strategic changes. Previous roles include Pastor of Student Ministry at Crossroads Church, where Dave transitioned the ministry online during the pandemic, and Youth Pastor at Harvest Community Church, where growth in the student ministry was achieved. Additionally, Dave has experience as a Youth Director at Lebanon Presbyterian Church, where the student ministry experienced significant growth, and as a Resident Instructor at The Fold Family Ministries, working closely with troubled teens. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries from Liberty University, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Student Ministry from Geneva College.
