Daniel Kinnoch

Daniel Kinnoch is an experienced planning professional with a diverse background in resource management and environmental planning. As the Director and Resource Management Planner at CoLab Planning since February 2022, Daniel has founded a co-working business that merges technology with planning expertise. As Co-Founder and CEO of LoungePair and Interim Environmental Planning Manager (Consultant) for Southland District Council, leadership roles have included overseeing environmental planning initiatives and optimizing resource consent processes. Prior positions include roles at Auckland Council as Principal Specialist and Senior Planner, as well as content production and editorial responsibilities at Point Hacks.
