Bill Eichelberger has a diverse work experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition field. Bill started their career in 1995 as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek, where they worked until 1997. During this time, they also took on the role of a Recruiter at Aerotek-Contract Engineering.
From 1996 to 1997, Eichelberger worked as an Account Manager at Aerotek-Contract Engineering, where they were responsible for sales and marketing of contract staffing solutions. Bill successfully managed a team of recruiters and promoted three of them into Account Manager positions.

Bill Eichelberger received their high school diploma in General Studies from Trinity High School in 1991.
