Jim Moldovan

Jim Moldovan has a strong background in business development and construction project management. Jim is currently Vice President of Business Development at Southland Holdings, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Business Development and Pursuit Manager at the same company from May 2018 to October 2022. Before joining Southland Holdings, Jim worked as the Director of Business Development at C.J. Mahan Construction Company, LLC from October 2011 to May 2018. Jim also has experience as a Construction Project Director at Retail Construction Company from August 2009 to October 2011 and as a Construction Project Manager at Schrey Systems from August 2003 to August 2009. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Supervisor of Construction Services at L Brands from December 2002 to August 2003 and as a Regional Supervisor of Store Planning/Construction and Project Coordinator of Store Planning/Construction at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from March 1998 to December 2002.

Jim Moldovan attended The Ohio State University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics.
