Sierra Hill

Sierra Hill has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Sierra started their career in 2013 at GLF Construction Corporation, where they served as a Pile Installation Monitor and Office Manager. In this role, they managed multiple projects as a primary subcontractor and prime contractor, handling various administrative tasks and assisting with pile driving operations.

In 2017, Sierra joined Terracon as an Engineering Technician, where they performed field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials. Sierra also transported samples to the laboratory for further analysis and prepared reports for daily transmittal to the project manager.

Sierra then moved to Intertek PSI later that year, working as an Engineering Technician. Sierra'sresponsibilities included conducting construction materials testing and inspection, communicating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

In 2018, Sierra joined Southland Holdings LLC as a Field Engineer. Sierra performed construction field observation and inspection of structural steel, concrete, and other construction materials. Additionally, they were responsible for ordering structural steel and concrete for the entire jobsite and managing vendor purchase orders.

Sierra Hill has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Liberty University.
