Joe Baker

Joe Baker has a diverse work experience in security and law enforcement. Joe is currently the Director of Security, Gaming for Delaware North's Gaming Division, overseeing security for multiple casino properties. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Security for both Southland Casino Racing and Southland Park Gaming & Racing. Before transitioning to the private sector, Joe Baker had a long career in law enforcement, serving as a Police Captain for the West Memphis Police Department and as a Deputy Sheriff for the Crittenden County Sheriff's Office.

Joe Baker earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Arkansas State University, where they attended from 1994 to 1999.
