Jason Nguyen

Jason Nguyen, SHRM-CP, PHRca, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Southland Industries since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the same position at Willdan from September 2021 to November 2024. Jason's HR career began at Howmet Aerospace as an HR Generalist from April 2019 to September 2021, and earlier worked as an HR Coordinator/Recruiter at BSH Home Appliances Corporation - North America from July 2017 to April 2019. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is a graduate of Mater Dei High School.
