Thad Clements M.D., Cmd

Thad Clements, MD, CMD has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Thad started their career as a Family Physician at Nalle Clinic from August 1998 to January 2000. Thad then joined Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center as a Family Physician and worked there from January 2000 to July 2021. In 2014, they became the Medical Director at Southminster, a position they still hold. Thad also served as a Medical Director at Medical Facilities of America starting November 2016 and Saber Healthcare Group from July 2019. Currently, they are working at Novant Health as a SNFist and Extended Care Physician, starting in July and August 2021 respectively.

Thad Clements, MD, CMD, received their Bachelor's degree from Boston University in 1991. Thad then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the KU School of Medicine-Wichita, graduating in 1995. During this time, they also completed a residency program in the Wesley Family Practice from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained another MD degree in Medicine from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 1995.
