Cameron Smith is an experienced media and communications professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Football Media Coordinator at Southport Sharks since November 2020. Cameron's previous roles include Media Assistant and Development Officer at AFL Queensland Limited, along with being a NEAFL Media Match Day Reporter. In addition, Cameron has held positions with Sherwood Magpies Australian Football Club, Brisbane Lions, Brisbane Heat, and Redland Football Club, focusing on community engagement, social media coordination, and media relations. Cameron's foundation in sports coaching comes from St Peters Lutheran College and a Bachelor of Media and Communications degree from Queensland University of Technology, achieved between 2017 and 2020.
