Michelle Couch Cole

Michelle Couch Cole has extensive experience in SEC reporting and auditing. Michelle began their career as a Staff Auditor II at GM Financial/AmeriCredit in 2006 and later became a Senior Associate at McGladrey in 2009. In 2012, they joined GM Financial/AmeriCredit again as a Senior Auditor II. Michelle then moved on to OmniAmerican Bank in 2013, where they served as the VP of SEC Reporting until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Michelle worked at Southside Bank, initially as the VP of SEC Reporting and later as the SVP - Financial and SEC Reporting. In 2020, they were promoted to SVP Director of SEC Reporting at Southside Bank.

Michelle Couch Cole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University in 2005. Michelle then pursued a Master's of Accounting degree at the same university from 2008 to 2009.
