Ann Cazaban

Ann Cazaban has over a decade of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, primarily within Federally Qualified Health Centers. Currently serving as Executive Director at Southside Community Health Services since July 2014, Ann has also held the roles of Interim Executive Director, Associate Director, and Manager of Special Projects at the same organization, contributing to its mission of providing affordable primary and preventive healthcare. Prior experience includes serving as COO and Director of Development at Axis Medical Center from October 2007 to May 2014, and as Executive Director of the French-American Chamber of Commerce from April 2005 to May 2007. Ann holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from St. Olaf College.
