Michael Narowitz

Michael Narowitz is an experienced plant manager with a background in the food industry, currently serving at Southside Market & Barbeque since May 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of plant manager at Smithfield Foods from May 2005 to May 2023, and also worked as operations manager for the Boneless Ham Division, where responsible for leading a team of 400 employees to achieve production goals while ensuring safety and efficiency. Michael's career started at Seaboard Foods as a supervisor, managing 55 employees to optimize yields. Michael holds a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Sciences from Tarleton State University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Weatherford College.
