Rob Cowhig

Rob Cowhig's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Financial Trading at SouthStar Energy Services from 2010 to present. In this role, they lead a team of traders responsible for managing risks and optimizing the profitability of the company's energy asset portfolio. Rob works closely with senior management to identify risks and opportunities in the portfolio and utilizes derivatives such as weather swaps, options, and futures to manage risks and optimize assets. Prior to this, they were the Managing Member at Intrepid Energy, LLC from 2006 to 2010, where they held overall responsibility for the company's operations. Rob also worked as the Manager of Financial Hedging & Operations at SouthStar Energy Services from 2005 to 2006 and as an Associate Director at Barclays from 2003 to 2004. Rob began their career at Mirant Corporation in 1995, where they held various roles until 2003.

Rob Cowhig attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics.
