Adam Jobe

Adam Jobe is currently serving as the Hampton Roads Market Executive and Commercial Team Leader at SouthState Bank since June 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Southern Bank and Trust Company from October 2014 to June 2023, including Norfolk City Executive and Senior Vice President, as well as City Executive of Chesapeake and Commercial Lender. Adam's banking career began at BB&T, where Adam worked as a Vice President and Business Services Officer, managing relationships with mid-size to large businesses, and also served as a Financial Center Leader. Adam has a Master of Business Administration from Strome College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from JMU College of Business. Additional education includes completion of the BB&T Leadership Development Program and Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
