Anna Causey

Anna Causey has a strong background in the banking industry. Anna is currently working as the VP, Sr. Deposit and Corporate Compliance Monitoring Officer at SouthState Bank since January 2023. Prior to this, Anna was the AVP, E-Banking Supervisor at BayFirst from February 2021 to January 2023. Anna also worked at American Momentum Bank as the AVP, Compliance Officer from March 2020 to February 2021 and as a Bank Officer, Compliance Specialist from October 2018 to March 2020. Before that, Anna held the position of Deposit Operations Specialist at First Home Bank from April 2018 to October 2018. Anna started their career at USAmeriBank as a Branch Operations Specialist from August 2016 to March 2018 and worked at SunTrust as a Bank Officer, Client Service Manager from April 2010 to July 2016.

Anna Causey has an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hillsborough Community College. Anna also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. In addition, they obtained a certification in Deposit Compliance for Compliance Professionals from the American Bankers Association in May 2023.
