David Fairbank is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in sales management. Currently serving as the Mortgage Regional Sales Manager and Vice President at SouthState Bank Mortgage since June 2021, David has held significant leadership roles at several prestigious institutions, including Synovus as Central Florida Mortgage Market Manager, TIAA Bank as Central Florida Area Sales Manager, and Chase as Senior Lending Manager for Florida East Markets. David's career began at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Regional Program Manager.
