M. Gui Goodreau

M. Gui Goodreau has extensive work experience in various roles related to finance and real estate. M. Gui served as the Managing Director of Leveraged Finance & Capital Markets at SouthState Bank, where they were responsible for leading the credit analysis and syndication of leveraged loans and commercial real estate bridge loans. Prior to that, they were the Director of Capital Markets & Credit at Thorofare Capital, Inc., overseeing capital markets activities for a $300 million real estate bridge loan private equity fund. M. Gui also worked as the Chief Underwriter at Sabal Capital, a joint venture with Oaktree Capital Management focused on distressed debt acquisition and commercial real estate lending. Additionally, they have experience as a Principal at Madison Realty Partners, evaluating real estate developments in the San Francisco Bay Area, and as a Senior Director of Business Development at GE Capital Real Estate, where they led a program investing in mixed-use urban development projects. Before that, they held positions at Dulwich College International, UBS Investment Bank, and Related Companies, handling various responsibilities in leveraged finance and credit enhancement transactions.

M. Gui Goodreau has completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Political Science from the University of Maryland. Additionally, M. Gui Goodreau holds a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Finance & Accounting, from the NYU Stern School of Business. Before pursuing higher education, M. Gui Goodreau attended Trinity Episcopal School (RVA) for college preparation.
