Leandro Boffi has had a varied career in the technology industry. Leandro began their career in 2004 as a Web Developer for the Ministerio de Educación. In 2005, they took on a role as Researcher at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana. In 2007, they became a .NET Web Developer for Tata Consultancy Services. In 2008, they joined Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer, working with US teams to build tools and frameworks for service-oriented applications. In 2009, they moved to Lagash Systems S.A. as an Architect Consultant, helping companies in LATAM and the US to implement custom solutions and large scale systems. In 2011, they joined Tellago as a Principal Architect, reporting directly to the company CTO. Most recently, in 2013, they founded and became the CEO of Southteams, a company that builds high skilled engineering teams in South America for companies around the world.
Leandro Boffi has a background in law, economics, and finance. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program in Laws for Startups from the Law School at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In 2016, they completed an Executive Program in Economics and an Executive Program in Finance from the Business School at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
