Kaitlyn Bretoi Montanez, RD, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian with a diverse range of experience in nutrition and dietetics. Currently serving as a Registered Dietitian at Southview Acres Health Care Center since January 2023 and as a PRN Registered Dietitian with Interim HealthCare Inc. since September 2022, Kaitlyn specializes in assessing nutritional needs and developing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Prior roles include working as a Lifestyle Consultant at Livea Weight Control Centers, where Kaitlyn supported clients in achieving their health goals through personalized nutrition plans, as well as completing a 37-week accredited dietetic internship with Aramark. Additional internship experiences with Mankato Clinic and Campneedle Point provided further exposure to clinical and community nutrition settings. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Consumer Science with a focus on Dietetics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
