Phil Kranz

Phil Kranz is a seasoned professional in the landscape and property services industry, currently serving as a Landscape Care Representative at Southview Design since July 2023. Previously, Phil held the position of Branch Manager for Reliable Property Services in Minnesota from September 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Phil was the Vice President at Denron Construction and spent several years at Cutting Edge Property Maintenance as Operations Manager/Dispatch. Earlier experience includes serving as Transportation Operations Manager/Dispatch at The Lawn Ranger. Phil Kranz completed education at Minneapolis Community and Technical College from 2001 to 2004 and graduated from Centennial High School.
