Daniel Risser

Daniel Risser is currently serving as a Pricing Strategy & Initiatives Analyst at Southwest Airlines since January 2023. Previously, Risser held multiple positions at Southwest Airlines, including Associate Talent Management Consultant and Associate Leadership and Employee Development Consultant, following an internship focused on Talent and Leadership Development in the summer of 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Democracy Beyond Elections Intern at the Participatory Budgeting Project and as an Interim Constituent Services Coordinator for the PA House of Representatives. Daniel Risser holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Labor and Human Resources from Penn State University, completed in 2023, and graduated from Central York High School in 2019.
