Erika Perry

Erika Perry has amassed over 23 years of experience at Southwest Airlines, starting in December 2000 as an Employment Coordinator and progressing through roles such as College Coordinator and Recruiter, focusing on full life cycle recruiting in Aviation Maintenance. In May 2011, Erika transitioned into management as the Manager of SIMS Operational Reporting, while also serving as a Lead Analyst for Operations Insights and continuing to leverage skills in research and response. Additionally, Erika held a role as an Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included managing schedules for the Director and Manager.
