Jackie Perri

Jackie Perri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of the Command Center for Ground Operations at Southwest Airlines since November 2013. Perri's career at Southwest Airlines began in 1998, progressing through various roles such as Assistant Station Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to senior management positions in product and operations planning. Prior to this, Perri co-founded Glean Consulting, Inc. and worked as a Divestiture and Project Management Consultant at Rio Tinto Minerals. Perri holds a pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University.
