Michael Shalvey

Michael Shalvey is a seasoned professional in technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Senior Technology Analyst at Southwest Airlines since January 2018. In this role, Michael has significantly contributed to the Critical Incident Center of Excellence, focusing on improving incident prevention, response, and investigation practices, while also enhancing data analysis capabilities for standardized reporting. Prior experience includes roles at Fiserv as a Problem Manager and at Granite Resources LLC as the Director of Information Technology, where Michael was responsible for building and directing the IT organization.
