Natalie McDole

Natalie McDole, CPA, currently serves as an FP&A Business Partner at Southwest Airlines since July 2024 and has been the President of Kountouris Creations since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing a family-owned business selling "Papou's Comeback Sauce." Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Opportune (November 2022 - July 2024) and various positions at KPMG, including Senior Associate Auditor and Audit Associate (September 2018 - May 2021) and Assurance Intern (January 2017 - March 2017). Additionally, Natalie completed an internship at Hunt Consolidated Inc. in 2015.
