Bailey Vento

Bailey Vento has over a decade of experience in event planning and retail management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Southwest Conference Planners, a DMC Network Company since October 2014, Bailey has advanced through various roles including Account Executive and Account Coordinator. Previous experience includes designing events at Encore Creative and excelling as an Assistant Manager in Women's Shoes at Nordstrom, where significant sales and customer service successes were achieved. Earlier positions include a Retail Management Internship at Nordstrom and a Giftware Buyer Internship at Niche, both demonstrating strong sales performance and management capabilities. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising and Management with a focus on Fashion Marketing and a Business Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
