Matt McCarty

Matt McCarty is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in product development and engineering roles. Currently working as an Engineer at Southwest Electric Cooperative Inc. since March 2021, McCarty previously held positions as a Product Engineer at CNH Industrial Reman from June 2017 to March 2021, and as a Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company from June 2016 to May 2017. Earlier in the career, McCarty gained hands-on experience as an Engineering Intern at Watts Radiant in the summer of 2015. McCarty holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
