Notably, Victor held the role of Production Manager at both CPRP Services and Casillas Petroleum Corp, overseeing sizable teams in production operations. Additional experience includes positions as an Operations Engineer at Petroflow Energy, Sr. Production Engineer at Chestnut Exploration, and various engineering roles at SM Energy Company. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Energy Business from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.
