Zachary McBride

Zachary McBride is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at Lee County Port Authority since March 2017. In this role, Zachary develops, leads, and motivates a team of service desk professionals to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Prior to this position, Zachary held various roles including Systems Technician and IT Support Specialist at Bonita Springs Utilities Inc. from August 2016 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing network hardware and ensuring connectivity and security. Zachary earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University, completing studies in 2016, and graduated from Ida S. Baker High School in 2012.
