Fred Ellis has a diverse work experience in the foodservice industry. Fred started their career at Heritage House as an Assistant Manager and later became a Catering Manager. In 2002, they joined Aramark as an Assistant Director and quickly progressed to the role of General Manager. Fred then served as the Director of Food Service Operations and ultimately became a District Manager, overseeing multiple K-12 food service accounts. In 2018, Fred joined SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence, where they have held the positions of Operations and currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations.
