Daphne Williams

Daphne Williams, M.Ed., M.A., is a seasoned learning and organizational development professional with extensive experience at Southwest Gas Corporation since January 2017, currently serving as Supervisor in the Enterprise Learning Office - Center of Excellence. Williams successfully established the Enterprise Learning Office in partnership with the Talent Development manager and has collaborated on multiple projects, including user acceptance testing for the Oracle HCM system. Prior experience at Aetna involved working as a Senior Learning Consultant/Instructional Designer, where Williams designed and delivered learning experiences aligned with business strategies. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Management/Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Instructional Design from Jones International University.
