David Randall

David Randall has extensive work experience in various roles within the accounting and financial planning field. David started their career at Deloitte in 1999 as a Manager in Assurance and Advisory. In 2005, they joined Southwest Gas Corporation as a Senior Manager in Accounting, where they oversaw internal financial reporting and played a key role in rationalizing SOX controls. David later held the position of Director in Internal Audit, leading audits and implementing electronic workpapers and data analysis tools. David then served as the Director of the Financial Systems Modernization Program, successfully modernizing corporate ERP systems and transforming business processes. As the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, David led strategic assessments, played a vital role in capital investment and M&A growth initiatives, and oversaw corporate procurement functions. Currently, David is the Director of Accounting Technology Management at Southwest Gas Corporation, responsible for improving and modernizing accounting and financial planning processes through technology solutions.

David Randall received a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. David continued their education at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1997 to 1998, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General. In 1999, they pursued a Post-baccalaureate Accounting Program at Arizona State University. In 2001, David obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Nevada Society of CPAs.
