Frederica Harvey

Frederica Harvey, CCP, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Frederica is currently the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Southwest Gas Corporation, where they oversee the design and strategy of the company's Total Rewards Program. Prior to this, they worked as an independent consultant, specializing in HR and compensation. Frederica also served as the Executive Director of Compensation Analysis at MGM Resorts International, where they led the development and implementation of cash compensation programs.
