Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper, MBA, PE has a work experience that spans over several roles and positions. Michael started their career as a Planning Engineering Intern at the Las Vegas Valley Water District in 2005. In 2007, they joined Southwest Gas Corporation as an Engineering Intern and later progressed to become an Engineer. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Industrial Gas Engineer and then as a Supervisor in Key Accounts Management from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they held the position of Manager in Key Accounts Management until 2022. Michael also served as a Senior Manager for a brief period before assuming their current role as Director for Key Accounts & Energy Solutions in Nevada. Michael Cooper's wealth of experience in engineering, account management, and leadership makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

Michael Cooper, MBA, PE, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between the years 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Michael also holds various certifications, including a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, which they obtained in January 2016. Michael is also a Certified Energy Manager, having received this certification from the Association of Energy Engineers in January 2014.
