Michael Kramer is a seasoned Talent Development professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing training solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Partner at Southwest Gas Corporation since June 2019, Michael excels in executing needs analysis, collaborating with HRBP’s and leaders to align training with business objectives, and delivering impactful learning experiences. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Leadership Development at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Learning and Development Manager at MGM Resorts International. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Western New England University. Additionally, Michael is a certified coach through The Birkman Method.
