Brian M Allen has a diverse work experience in emergency medical services, emergency management, and education. Brian M served as the Director of Emergency Medical Services & Emergency Management at Southwest Health, overseeing ambulance services and preparedness programs. Brian also worked as an EMS Faculty Adjunct at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and held various roles on advisory boards related to emergency services. In addition, they served as an EMS Administrator for the City of Platteville and worked as a 911 Dispatcher for the County of Grant. Currently, Brian is the Secretary of the Grant County Emergency Services Association and has previously held roles as a Trustee and Secretary within EMS associations.
Brian M Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned between 1998-2002. Brian M later pursued a Certificate in Paramedic from Northeast Iowa Community College from 2013-2014. Additionally, they obtained a Masters in Public Safety from Capella University between 2009-2012. Brian has also acquired various certifications related to emergency medical services and life support training throughout the years.
