Julie Stephenson, a Certified Coach, has held various roles throughout their career. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a WNEP Nutrition Educator at the University of Wisconsin-Extension. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2014, they served as a Blogger & Social Media Consultant at From The Compound and as a Photographer at Julie Stephenson Photography. In 2011, they became the Coordinator at the Community Leadership Alliance of Southwest Wisconsin until 2014. Julie then worked as a National Accounts Advisor at Lands' End Business Outfitters and as a Sales Operations Leader at Lands' End Business from 2014 to 2017. In 2012, Julie was a School Board Member at Mineral Point Unified School District until 2018. Julie then went on to become the Director of Culture and Learning at Southwest Health - Platteville in 2017. In 2018, they created Compounding Courage, and in 2012, they wrote the book "Super Snacks for Super Kids" as an Author & Photographer.

Julie Stephenson completed an Associate Degree in Child Development from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in 1997. Julie then pursued studies in Philosophy at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 2009 to 2010.
