s the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Chirag brings more than 20 years of working for major corporations in leadership roles, which include, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte Consulting, Visa, Inc., and HP, Inc. (most recently).

In this new role, Chirag will work with the President and CEO, and other members of the Executive Leadership Team of Southwest Key to curate a 20-year vision through the formulation of a Master Plan. The Master Plan will lay out the future for Southwest Key, creating a foundation of future comprehensive services tailored to address the needs of communities, and the expansion of established programs, such as Youth and Family Services and Workforce Solutions.

Chirag’s experience lies in leading major transformative programs during his tenure at HP and JP Morgan Chase. Chirag’s specialization is in process, technology, and re-inventing, scaling, and growing products and services.
