Krystal Labove

Krystal LaBove, MHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Operations Manager and Compensation Specialist at Lake Charles Memorial Health System since February 2021. Previous roles include HR/Admin Manager at Indorama Ventures Olefins, LLC, and Human Resources Director at both Louisiana Crane & Construction and CETCO Energy Services. Krystal began their HR career as HR Staffing Coordinator at Global Industries Offshore and has held various positions in the field since 2006. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, along with a certificate in Selection and Staffing from Cornell University.
