Rae Gardiner has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and education sectors. They started their career as a Student Nurse Aide at Lake Charles Memorial Health System in 1998 and worked their way up to become a Staff Registered Nurse and later an Oncology Clinic RN. In 2010, they joined Louisiana State University Eunice as Nursing Faculty. Subsequently, they worked as a Clinical Adjunct Faculty at McNeese State University starting from 2011. Rae also served as the Director of Nursing Oncology at Lake Charles Memorial Health System.
