Hazele Tolentino

Hazele Tolentino is an experienced Registered Nurse with a comprehensive background in various healthcare settings, currently serving in an Urgent Care role at Southwest Medical Associates since January 2022. With experience spanning over two decades, Hazele has held positions in preoperative and postoperative care at multiple surgery centers, including USPI, INC. and Laguna Hills Surgery Center. Previous roles also include staff nursing in adult emergency care at Sunrise Hospital and pediatric care at Miller Children’s Hospital. Hazele's qualifications include expertise in venipuncture, medication administration, wound care, and patient triage, supplemented by an Associate Degree in Nursing from Cypress College and training from the Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts and Sciences. Hazele is bilingual, speaking Tagalog and basic Spanish.
