Jelena Bosanac

Jelena Bosanac possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as an Associate Patient Care Coordinator at Southwest Medical Associates since April 2021. Previously, Jelena worked as a Customer Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group for a brief period in early 2021. Significant experience was gained at Bellagio, where Jelena held multiple roles from February 2011 to March 2020, including Assistant Manager for Express Gourmet, focusing on food and beverage management, guest service, and employee training, as well as serving as a Gallery Representative at the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art, providing ticket sales and tour guidance. Jelena holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and studied at Law-bureautechnic School in Serbia from 1997 to 1999.
